The Rimpact Tuned Mass Damper V2 (TMD) is a hidden upgrade that makes a real difference the moment the trail gets rough. Installed inside your fork’s steerer tube, it works silently to reduce vibration, calm the bike, and keep you riding smoother, longer.

At its core, TMD uses a 250g internal mass that moves independently to counteract trail chatter and high-frequency vibrations before they reach your hands. The result is less fatigue through your arms and upper body, helping you stay focused and in control deeper into the ride or race.

Version 2 builds on that foundation with added end-stroke elastomers, improving composure on bigger hits and harsh impacts. It does not just smooth small chatter, it helps stabilize the bike when things get fast, rough, and unpredictable.

Despite its performance gains, TMD is refreshingly simple. There is no setup or tuning required. The internal spring system is carefully calibrated to respond quickly to changing inputs while maintaining control through larger compressions. Install it once, and it just works.

Everything is packaged neatly out of sight inside the steerer tube, keeping your cockpit clean with no added clutter.

Optimized for bikes with a steerer length of 180mm+. If your steerer shorter than this, you will need spacers above the stem to be compatible. Aluminum and Steel, Tapered and 1 1/8” , oval or cylindrical steerers are all compatible. For use on single and dual crown forks.
